1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to issues outside our control (like severe weather).

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for customers within India:

4. Domestic and International Shipping At this time, we only ship domestically within India. We do not offer international shipping.

5. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will work with you to ship a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
